<br /> <br />2. Update on Content Available on Mashpee TV and the Mashpee Enterprise. <br />The Commission and MacKenzie Ryan discussed writing an article as a walkthrough of what should be done <br />once a green stake is placed at a residence. <br />MacKenzie stated that any time the Commission wants to get information out she is willing to write an article. <br />She said that the more information the public has, the better. <br /> <br />Chris Ball reported that so far Mashpee TV has done 3 segments regarding the sewer and the sewer hookup; <br />one was with Michaela Wyman-Columbo and Meredith Harris informing residents about available funding, <br />another was an informational segment instructing residents on what to do when the green stake is placed and <br />the third segment was with the Health Agent. <br />Chris said he would like to include a segment focusing on the plant. Mr. Towle suggested using a drone to get <br />video of the plant. Sandra Tripp stated that the drone footage may not be possible because of the proximity <br />with the Joint Base. They will be looking into this. <br />It was reported that the 3 segments can be viewed on Youtube by searching Mashpee Update. <br /> <br />3. Construction Update-GHD. <br />Sandra Tripp updated the Commission on the progress of construction for the month of July and a little bit into <br />August. <br />Sandy reported that they are currently working on the ground floor of the process building at the treatment <br />plant. Process tank walls are still going up here as well. Decking will be getting set within the next month <br />along with finishing of the exposed concrete on the process tank walls. Odor control piping will be getting <br />placed as well. <br /> <br />The collection system North project is progressing along Papnomett Road with the gravity sewer being <br />installed. Gravity sewer, manholes and 4” force main installation on High Sachem Road. Pavement Overlay on <br />Carlton Drive. Pavement milling and overlay on Swain and Seawall. <br /> <br />The collection system South efforts are ramping up with laterals being installed on Porthole, Ships Wheel, <br />Ships Rudder and Compass Drives. Gravity sewer installation on Ships Lantern and beginning work at <br />Summerwood Condominiums. Wet wells are being installed on Mashpee Neck and Falmouth Road pump <br />stations. A storm water leaching pit is being reinstalled on Ships Lantern Drive. <br /> <br />Sandy updated the Commission on the cash flow. She reported that everything, so far, is per budget as it <br />pertains to the treatment plant. <br />The collection system North is tracking ahead of planned cash expenditures. <br />The collection system South is tracking ahead of planned cash expenditures. <br /> <br />Vice-Chair Harris asked if there have been any supply chain issues and Sandy stated that there could be a delay <br />on the project because of electrical supplies. <br /> <br />4. Review of Inter-Municipal Agreements. <br />This item was tabled until the next meeting due to there not being any information available at this time. <br /> <br />5. Review of Sources of Available Funding. <br />Vice-Chair Harris stated that they are still in conversations with Representative Viera and will have information <br />when those discussions are completed. <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
