5 <br /> Mashpee Select Board <br /> Minutes <br /> August 28,2023 <br /> Discussion with Regard to Articles Submitted by the Planning Board for the October 16, 2023 Town <br /> Meeting Warrant: Town Planner Evan Lehrer Plannin Board Chair Karen Faulkner: <br /> It was noted the Planning Board has not reviewed the Zoning Bylaw amendments. The Town Planner <br /> gave input to the following; <br /> Article#2: Amend Zoning Bylaw Floodplain Zone Overlay <br /> The Town Planner agreed the final sentence of the first paragraph could be potentially problematic, and <br /> recommended striking the last sentence. <br /> Article#3: Amend Zoning Bylaw to allow property owners who construct accessory apartments to <br /> live in their accessory apartment and rent their principal dwelling to tenants.
