Collins, Catherine Lewis, Don Myers, Carol A. <br /> Sherman <br /> Absent: Darlene Furbush, Greg McKelvey, Mary Waygan <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Moment of Silence <br /> Public Comment <br /> Lynne Barbee thanked Committee for their hard work. <br /> Lynne Barbee later proposed that meeting attendance should be included under Section 7.9 and <br /> asked what if someone doesn't attend meetings for an extended period of time, also if the Select <br /> Board is checking up on that. <br /> Minutes <br /> Approval of the Following: July 31, 2023 minutes. <br /> Motion made by David Weeden to table the July 31, 2023 minutes until the next meeting, <br /> motion seconded by Carol Sherman. <br /> Miller,yes Weeden,yes Collins,yes Lewis, yes Myers, yes <br /> Sherman, yes <br /> Vote: Unanimous <br /> Article 7 <br /> 7.8 Procedures Governing Multiple Member Bodies <br /> Rodney Collins commented on the practice of roll call vote and if it is being enforced. <br /> David Weeden agreed that roll call vote is good practice and important when it comes to capture <br /> everyone's position on certain topics. It should be the standard. <br /> Rodney Collins also suggested, in terms of the meeting record itself, that the Charter require <br /> audio recordings of the meetings. <br />
