This <br />will be taken up at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Communication/Correspondence: <br /> <br />Mike Cannatta- (31 Birch Way) Permit determination for addressing structural issues on <br />existing home. Conservation Agent recommends RDA for permitting. <br />In response to Ms. Zollo, the applicant does not believe there is a need for a new septic system <br />(installed 4 years ago no increase in bedrooms) and there will be no trees removed. However, <br />the applicant noted that the work is within the Commission’s jurisdiction within about 80 feet <br />from the Wakeby Lake inland coastal bank. Based on these considerations, the Commissioners <br />indicated that the work would require an RDA. <br /> <br />HEARINGS: <br /> <br /> <br />6:00 33 County Road, Bette Ann O’Reilly, Trustee. Proposed replacement of existing deck. RDA <br />Representative: BDL Construction Group. Resource Areas: buffer zone to top of inland bank <br />associated with Deborah Bottles Pond. <br /> <br />
