Dave called the meeting to order at 8:30 am. 8:30 am Business Name: Sea View Adult Day Health Project Address: 470 Main St., Building A Business Owner: Family Service Association Request: Approval for a sign to be mounted on existing free- standing sign, and another sign to be mounted on the back door. Mike Moran, Director of Marketing, and Jenny Duval, Vice President represented the sign applications for the Sea View Adult Day Health. Mr. Moran gave a brief history of the business and their other locations. He provided a rendering of the sign that will be inserted on the existing free- standing sign located in the front of the building. The other sign will be in - graved on a glass insert on the inside of the door in the rear entrance. The colors of the logo on the glass door is maroon, and the sign on the free standing will be blue with white lettering. Joe asked what material is being used on the free-standing sign. Mr. Moran said that he believes it is the same material that is currently there. Dave asked if there is an illumination on the sign. Mr. Moran said; no, but thought there was an existing flood light on the ground. Jon wanted to confirm the color of the decal on the door. He had no issues. Tyler asked if there will be a similar sign on the front entrance door. Mr. Moran will send a confirmation to the Building Department. Dave did a roll call vote. There were no more questions or concerns. Jon made a motion that the committee accept the sign applications as presented for Sea View Adult Health. Joe seconded. All were in favor.
