<br />2. Construction Update-GHD. <br />Sandra Tripp reported that the collection system work is ongoing very well and that the piping for it will <br />probably be completed this Fall. <br />They are currently working on the laterals at Summerwood. The gravity sewers have been completed there. <br />Sandy stated that they will be working on Quinaquisset Avenue for the next 3 weeks and paving will be <br />commencing on Rte. 28 shortly. They are currently paving in the Ship’s Lantern area and moving on to <br />Mashpee Neck Road. The masons have been working at the pump station on Mashpee Neck and will be <br />moving on to Falmouth Road next. <br />Concrete work at the plant is winding down. It is believed that the major concrete work will be complete <br />within a month. The masons are scheduled to start at the preliminary treatment building next week and the <br />foundation has been poured for the odor control building. <br />Catherine Castaneda requested monthly updates on roadwork/detour schedules in order to update the <br />website. <br />Catherine also requested a sample version of the notice that was sent out to residents by Robert B. Our. <br /> <br />3. Review of Inter-Municipal Agreements. Which are Finalized and which are not? <br />This information has not been received yet and Vice-Chair Harris said she would send a note to the Select <br />Board. <br /> <br />4. Review of State and Local Sources of Funding Available. News from State and Senate Representatives. <br />This item was tabled as the Commission awaits information. <br /> <br />5.
