The buffer zone is well into house <br />footprint, and coastal flood zone extends into the land, however no work being done in the <br />coastal zone except mitigation. Structural additions are the NW corner over existing <br />hardscape. Removal of four oaks growing up through existing deck and they would like to <br />remove the four trees.
