Paul Colombo suggests a motion. <br /> <br />Alex makes a motion to close and issue with requirement for mitigation as <br />proposed. <br />Charlie Dalton seconds the motion. <br />Paul Colombo asks for any further discussion, and there is none and calls for a <br />vote: <br /> <br /> Tomas J. Proposed removal and NOI <br />replacement of existing concrete boat ramp and expansion of existing pier. <br />Representative: Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. presenting plans. <br /> <br />Paul Colombo asks the commission for any questions or comments. <br />General discussion regarding the proposed drain and trench. <br /> <br />Paul Colombo asks the public if there are any questions or comments. <br /> <br />General questions from the public around timing and scope of work to be done, <br />how long it is expected to take, and disruption to public and neighbors living <br />nearby. <br />Some public concerns regarding boaters refueling at the ramp and extending <br />the ramp possibly encouraging this practice. <br /> <br />Agent recommends getting in touch with DPW to discuss signage to discourage <br />refueling. <br /> <br />Agent recommends close and issue, with work to be done with specified within <br />window (before flounder window is open). <br /> <br /> <br />Paul suggests a motion. <br /> <br />Alex Zollo makes a motion to approve 338 Mashpee Neck Road proposed <br />removal and replacement of existing concrete boat ramp and expansion pier <br />within time of year specified restrictions. <br />Charlie Dalton seconds the motion. <br /> <br /> <br />Paul Colombo asks for any further discussion, and there is none and calls for a <br />vote: <br /> <br /> Tomas J.
