Meetina Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM, by the Chair. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Kevin Shackett, Mary <br /> LeClair, Mohamad Fand, and Lisa Meizinger. Also, in attendance was Kimberly Conn, <br /> Executive Director, and Vincent Gault, Maintenance Director. <br /> 2. Public Comment: None. <br /> 3. Avvroval of Previous Meeting's Minutes —Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of December 9, 2021. Lisa Meizinger, moved, Kevin Shackett, <br /> seconded. Motion Carried 4-Ayes, 0-Nays, Mary LeClair, Abstained. Ms. Allen moved to <br /> approve and hold, the minutes of the Executive Session of November 10, 2021, seconded <br /> by Mr. Shackett. Motion Carried 2-Ayes, 0-Nays, Ms. Meizinger, and Mr. Fand, Abstained. <br /> 4. Treasurer's ReDort,Warrants and Budget Ujadate (Board vote needed) The December <br /> Quarterly Financials were not available as of the meeting, due to an illness. The board <br /> reviewed the warrants of December 2021, with no questions posed, Ms. Meizinger moved to <br /> approve the December 2021 Warrants, Mr. Shackett seconded. Motion Carried 4-Ayes, <br /> 0-Nays, Mohamad Fand, Abstained, Ms. Comi reported that the 6/30/2020 and 6/30/2021 <br /> DHCD Agreed Upon Procedures were still in process. DHCD has approved the FYE <br /> 06/30/2022 budget including the new truck purchase and an approximately 50% <br /> augmentation to the reserves. The Executive Director asked for a 40% augmentation, and <br /> DHCD approved 50%, which was a pleasant surprise. <br /> 5. Executive Director's RgQ2jLj&jjgAaj2s (Board vote as needed)—Ms. Conn reported that <br /> the CPC met on January 6, 2022, and unanimously approved both the Breezy Acres, & <br /> Homeyer Village Applications. Ms. Conn reported that she would now like to apply for <br /> leveraged funding via High Leverage Asset Preservation Program (HILAPP)through DHCD. <br /> Ms. LeClair moved to approve Ms. Conn move forward with the applications, seconded <br />
