Meetina Called to Order: The meeting was called to order by Jill Allen at 5:00 PM. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present, Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, and <br /> Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Public Comment: There were no public comments. <br /> 3. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve <br /> the general session minutes of August 11, 2022. Richard Klein moved to approve the <br /> general session meeting of August 11, 2022, and Ms. Allen seconded. Motion Carried <br /> 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 4. Treasurer's Report, and Warrants: Ms. Conn reported that the Financials and <br /> Warrants were not available, and requested the items be tabled. <br /> 5. Executive Director's Report & Uvdates: Ms. Conn reported that PHA-Web would be <br /> onsite on September 15, 2022, for General Ledger set up and training. The hot water <br /> storage tank was ordered for Asher's Path and installation will be scheduled once it <br /> arrives. The bathtub has been ordered for the Breezy Way bathtub replacement project. <br /> Ms. Conn reviewed the IT Service Proposal but will be exploring other options as the <br /> proposal is more than the Authority budget could handle. The board recommended <br /> exploring ARPA Grant funding through the County. Ms. Conn has a meeting scheduled <br /> for September 19, 2022, to review close out documents. Mass Housing Investment <br /> Corporation (MHIC) was onsite for its annual inspection, and the Asher's Path property <br /> is undergoing energy improvements through installation of new led retrofit bulbs into the <br /> existing fixtures. <br /> ........... <br />
