Meetine Called to Order: The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair, Mary LeClair <br />at 5:00 PM. A quorum was declared with the following members present, Mary LeClair, <br />Richard Klein, & Lisa Meizinger. <br />2. Public Comment: There were no public comments. <br />3. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. LeClair entertained a motion to approve <br />the general session minutes of October 13, 2022. Lisa Meizinger moved to approve the <br />minutes of the general session meeting of October 13, 2022, seconded by Richard <br />Klein. Motion Carried 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />4. Treasurer's Report, and Warrants: Ms. Conn reviewed the 9/30/2022 Quarterly <br />Financials. The comparison is to last year's budget since the Authority has not <br />completed this year's budget yet. The Authority reserve is currently at 54.42% but is <br />expected to go down slightly due to extraordinary maintenance this year. Lisa <br />Meizinger moved to approve the 9/30/2022 Quarterly Financials as presented, <br />seconded by Richard Klein. Motion Carried 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn then reviewed <br />the October 2022 Warrants, making note of the quarterly health insurance payment. Lisa <br />Meizinger moved to approve the October 2022 Warrants, seconded by Richard <br />Klein. Motion Carried 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />5. Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there are four rents <br />outstanding, and two vacancies, one at Asher's Path, and one at Breezy Acres. Capital <br />Funds were approved for the vacant unit turnover project and Maintenance is getting <br />quotes to replace the bathtub, and kitchen cabinet repairs, etc. The application for Partner <br />Exit was submitted to Mass Housing and we are waiting for approval. <br />�)0()At W)� <br />PPOW W140 , <br />
