The one thing that was a question was the title of the regulation and <br />whether to clarify that regulation covers all refuse and not merely solid waste. Mr. <br />Seabury went onto explain the fines were better delineated with clarity of license <br />revocation with more than 3 violations in a calendar year. (Although, the applicant could <br />appear before the Board for reinstatement in the next calendar year.) In response to Mr. <br />Virgilio, Mr. Seabury indicated that the regulation would be posted on the website – <br />renewal is coming up. Also, the notice will be, hopefully, be published this Friday. <br /> <br />Mr. Livingston made a motion to approve the regulation, which was seconded by Mr. <br />Virgilio. <br /> <br />Mr. Livingston (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes).
