Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, September 19, 2023 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Ms. Faulkner made a motion to recommend approval of Seawitch Tattoo, 22 Falmouth Rd. <br /> Unit 30C for Patricia Pola. Requesting a front sign building mounted that is 8 sq. ft., and the <br /> side building mounted sign is 18.92 sq. ft. Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor. <br /> 8:45 am Pro ect Address: 50 Evergreen Circle <br /> Business name: Pastore Excavation, Inc. <br /> Owner/Agent:, Chapter Closed, LLC <br /> Representative: Attorney Christopher Kirrane <br /> Architect/Engineer: Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> Re pest Petitioner seeks to construct a 9,672 sq. ft. <br /> contractor bay/warehouse. (No signage request) <br /> Mr. Mark Dibb, Cape & Islands Engineering presented the request to construct a contractor <br /> bay warehouse building located at the end of Evergreen Circle. He provided the Committee <br /> with the site plans and architectural building plans. <br /> Mr. Dibb said that the yard has already been cleared. Mr. Morris wanted to know if the yard <br /> is currently being used for storage. Mr. Dibb said that there was some staging material for the <br /> building next door. <br /> Mr. Furbush reviewed the landscape plan and architectural plans. He noticed that there were <br /> eight doors on the architectural plans, and the site plan depicted six doors. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked Mr. Morris if he had any issues. Mr. Furbush suggested that the application <br /> be continued. <br /> Mr. Morris stated that the Plan Review Committee might want to continue for the same <br /> reason. The plans need to be revised. <br /> The Committee agreed to continue the meeting. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion. <br /> Discussion: Mr. Furbush wants a revised landscape plan to depict more vegetative screening <br /> closer to the building. The building plans need to match the site plans. <br /> Mr. Morris stated that the design plans of the building were confusing and looked like office <br /> spaces. <br /> 2 <br />
