MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 28, 2021 <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve Petitioner, Evergreen Energy, LLC request a <br /> Special Permit under§174-25 G (13)of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a contractor's yard, <br /> on property located in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay District(s), Map 19 Parcel 10- <br /> 9, Mashpee, MA, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan: Prepared for: Evergreen Energy LLC,Project: 30 &41 Evergreen Circle, <br /> Mashpee, MA. Sheet No.: 1 of 1, Date: January 12, 2021, Drawn by: RLR/JVB, <br /> Checked by: MC, Prepared by: Cape &Islands Engineering, Drawing Title: Lot 3 <br /> & Lot 8, Proposed Site Plan Improvements. <br /> 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 4. Conditioned that Charlie Rowley or his replacement approve the plan at the owner's <br /> expense. <br /> 5. Conditioned upon the comments submitted by the Board of Health including a Port- <br /> o-pot be onsite. <br /> 6. Conditioned upon the comments submitted by the Plan Review Committee. <br /> Mr. Gould, seconded, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the Special Permit request. <br /> Chairman Furbush announced that the four regular Board members, and George <br /> Ganzenmuller will be on this hearing. <br /> 53 Mercantile Way: Petitioner, JD Mercantile Properties, LLC request a Special <br /> Permit/Modification under §174-24 C, §174-25 G (14), §174-75 D (1) of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to allow for construction of a second commercial building of approximately 5,000 <br /> sq. ft. on site to be used as contractor bays consistent with the existing use of the site, on <br /> property located in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay District(s), Map 88 Parcel 86, <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> 9 <br />
