MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES APRIL 28, 2021 Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve Petitioner, Evergreen Energy, LLC request a Special Permit under§174-25 G (13)of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a contractor's yard, on property located in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay District(s), Map 19 Parcel 10- 9, Mashpee, MA, with the following conditions: 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. 2. Site Plan: Prepared for: Evergreen Energy LLC,Project: 30 &41 Evergreen Circle, Mashpee, MA. Sheet No.: 1 of 1, Date: January 12, 2021, Drawn by: RLR/JVB, Checked by: MC, Prepared by: Cape &Islands Engineering, Drawing Title: Lot 3 & Lot 8, Proposed Site Plan Improvements. 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. 4. Conditioned that Charlie Rowley or his replacement approve the plan at the owner's expense. 5. Conditioned upon the comments submitted by the Board of Health including a Port- o-pot be onsite. 6. Conditioned upon the comments submitted by the Plan Review Committee. Mr. Gould, seconded, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Reidy, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor of the Special Permit request. Chairman Furbush announced that the four regular Board members, and George Ganzenmuller will be on this hearing. 53 Mercantile Way: Petitioner, JD Mercantile Properties, LLC request a Special Permit/Modification under §174-24 C, §174-25 G (14), §174-75 D (1) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a second commercial building of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. on site to be used as contractor bays consistent with the existing use of the site, on property located in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay District(s), Map 88 Parcel 86, Mashpee, MA. 9
