MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 11., 2023 <br />Chairman Bonvie asked if there were any comments from the audience. There were none. He asked <br />the Board for a motion to close the public comments. Ms. Sangeleer moved to close the public <br />comments. Mr. Furbush, second. All were in favor, There were no more comments from the Board. <br />Mr. Furbush stated in his opinion the lot is odd shaped. <br />Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board approve Gina Girard's request for a Written Finding <br />under § 174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a deck, and garage with a porch <br />addition, and extension to a pre-existing, non -conforming structure on property located in an R-3 <br />Zoning District, Map 65 Parcel 48, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br />under Mass General. Law 40A Section 6. <br />2. Site Plan —Prepared for: Gina Girard, 20 Oneida Ave., Mashpee, MA, Prepared by: Cape <br />& Islands Engineering, Sheet I of 1, Date: January 30, 2023, Drawn by: WNFI, Checked <br />by: R.
