Meeting, Called to Order: The regular session meeting was called to order at 5:17 PM, by <br /> the (.',hair. A quo.111111 was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Mary <br /> Le('Iair, lJsa Meizinger, Mohaniad 1"alid, and Richard Klein. <br /> 7. Public Comment: None. <br /> 8. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of February 9, 2023. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> minutes of the general session of February 9, 2023, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion <br /> Carried 3-Ayes, 0-Nays. Richard Klein and Moharnad l"alid, Abstained. <br /> 9. Treasurer's Report, and Warrants: The board reviewed the warrants ofTebruary 2023, <br /> and discussed the extnaordinary expenses, Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> February 2023 Warrants, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion Carried. 4-Ayes, 1-Nay, <br /> Moharnad Fah.d. Ms. Conn reported that she just received the final bank statements today, <br /> and therefore they have not been finalized or Submitted to the Fee ACCOUrItant, and the <br /> Financials will be available for review at the next board meeting. <br /> 1.0. Executive Director's Report & U 2dates. Ms. Conn reported that Mashpee Housing <br /> Authority was fully leased. There are three unpaid rentals, two from Florneyer and one <br /> from. Breezy Way. Ms. Conn then reviewed the capital projects; the balcony project will <br /> begin toward the end of March or the beginning of April. The ARPA project for Breezy <br /> Acres Sidewalk & Catch Basin estimate exceeds the original budget, but the overage will <br /> be funded by F01-111LI]a funding savings from other projects. <br /> 11. Old Business: Ms. Conn reported that the septic inspection of the existing system was <br /> scheduled for this upcoming Saturday, Mr. Klein reported that many of the pro'jects under <br /> review by the Community Preservation Committee had hit roadblocks and were retracted <br /> by the apl-.)Iictnt, sold independently on the open market, or still under review. Ms. Conn <br /> reviewed the two IIILAPP awards, Breezy Acres Building Envelope in the amount of' <br /> $236,092; and I lomeyer Village Building Envelope in the amount of$420,210. The CFA <br /> Amendment is expected in the amount of$656,302. Ms. LeClair moved to accept the <br /> awards and approve the CFA Amendment, seconded by Ms. Mcizinger. Motion <br /> Carried. 5-Ayes, O-Nays. There is do update on the R Resident Service Coordinator Grant. <br />
