9 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> July 6, 2023 <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Review„Project Status Re„ <br /> port: <br /> The CPC conducted a general review of the Community Preservation Committee Funded <br /> Projects Status Report to expand upon its contents. The report is posted on the CPC website and <br /> will be updated accordingly. <br /> CPA projects deemed complete with available balances will be placed on the next agenda for <br /> closure with remaining balances to be returned to their respective funding source. <br /> It was agreed that an updated Financial Report of ongoing projects and their respective balances <br /> would be reviewed at the next meeting. <br /> Signa e Polio <br /> Following standard Community Preservation Committee Policy, all projects funded by the CPC <br /> under the CPA Act must have signage recognizing the funding source.
