9 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> July 6, 2023 <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Review„Project Status Re„ <br /> port: <br /> The CPC conducted a general review of the Community Preservation Committee Funded <br /> Projects Status Report to expand upon its contents. The report is posted on the CPC website and <br /> will be updated accordingly. <br /> CPA projects deemed complete with available balances will be placed on the next agenda for <br /> closure with remaining balances to be returned to their respective funding source. <br /> It was agreed that an updated Financial Report of ongoing projects and their respective balances <br /> would be reviewed at the next meeting. <br /> Signa e Polio <br /> Following standard Community Preservation Committee Policy, all projects funded by the CPC <br /> under the CPA Act must have signage recognizing the funding source. All signs shall be <br /> consistent in color and shape as currently used for uniformity. <br /> Motion made by Ms. Barbee to include in the Letter of Agreement(LOA's)Municipal and <br /> Non-Municipal the requirement for uniform signage as previously used recognizing the <br /> funding derived from the Community Preservation Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. Waygan. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Ms. Russell,yes Mr.Hyde, yes Ms. Waygan,yes Ms.Barbee, yes <br /> Mr. Colombo,yes Mrs.Wyman-Colombo,yes Opposed, none <br /> NEXT MEETING—Thursday,August 3, 2023, 6:30 p.m. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion made by Ms. Russell to adjourn at 8:34 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Hyde. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Ms.Russell,yes Mr.Hyde,yes Ms. Waygan,yes Ms.Barbee, yes <br /> Mr. Colombo,yes Mrs.Wyman-Colombo,yes Opposed, none <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
