Collins„Assistant To Manager Wayne E. Ta�,lor and Police Chief Scott Carline GL Town Manager Rodney C. Collins updated the Select Board on negotiations with Non-Union Personnel as referenced. All wages are consistent with past discussions to remain within the median with modifications made to dates including the change of Columbus Day to Indigenous Peoples Day. The June 19"paid holiday is added to include the accumulation of compensatory time not to exceed (40)hours and the evergreen clause as previously referenced and discussed. The Town Manager's contract is reflective of a language modification under Section 14. A brief discussion followed with respect to the request of the Police Chief to remain consistent with respect to the evergreen clause contained in the current contractual agreement. It was agreed this contract would be further reviewed and ratified at the next meeting. Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to ratify the contractual Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and Town Manager Rodney C. Collins, and the Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and the Assistant Town Manager Wayne E. Taylor as presented. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0.
