t <br /> I <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 2 1, 2005 <br /> Present: Selectman Cahalane, Selectman Taylor, Selectman Myers <br /> Town Manager Joyce Mason <br /> Finance Director Judith Kanter <br /> Absent: Selectman green, Selectman Marsters <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cahalane at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> Due to lack of quorum, the meeting was delayed to 6:55 p.m. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> The above referenced minutes were deferred due to lack of quorum. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS. <br /> Public Comment;None at this time. <br /> Joint Meeting—School Finance Committee and Board of Selectmen: <br /> Theresa Cool, School Committee Chair indicated that the School <br /> Committee voted last week to support the recouendation ofthe ad lice <br /> committee to accept a School budget of$17,794,293 for fiscal year 2006. <br /> The budget recommendation does not include the Cape Cad Technical <br /> School appropriation. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to confirm the omnibus budget fine <br /> item of$17,794,293 for appropriation to the FY06 School budget. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Myers. <br /> . <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> It was noted that the Finance Committee was in agreement with the above <br /> referenced School budget appropriation. <br />
