Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 2 LO 2005 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acce Lance of Additional Liguor License Dates—Mashpee WgM anon <br /> Rod& Gun Club: <br /> Correspondence was received from the l lashpee Warnpano g Rod& Gun <br /> Club dated March 3, 2005 requesting three additional liquor license dates <br /> for 2005, It was noted that the Board, at their last meeting approved (5) <br /> dates. The non-profit organization is allowed a total oftwelve liquor <br /> license dates per year. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Myers to grant the following additional <br /> liquor license dates to the Mashpee wa panoag Rod & Gun Club: <br /> March 2 ,2005 <br /> pr*l 23,2005 <br /> May 21,2005 <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-o. <br /> Acceptance of Coombs School Parking.Lot Bid: <br /> Greg Taylor, Director of Public Worts was present to request the <br /> Selectmen award the bid for the reconstruction of the K.C. Coombs <br /> School Parking Lot to Lawrence Lynch Corporation. It was noted that the <br /> bid is in accordance with the new specifications for parking <br /> improvements. Work is anticipated to commence in late June. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to accept the bid from Lawrence <br /> i <br /> Lynch Corporation in the amount of$484,250 for the ICC. Coombs <br /> School parking lot reconstruction project, <br /> Motion seconded by Selectmen Myers. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
