Mr. Harrington commented,yes,they are not on our list. They would not need to have a separate permit if it is one corporation. Mr. Baumgaertel believes they should be getting in touch with the office. We could send a strong reprimand; you should let the Board of Health know what's going on with your business. BB: We could request that Glen send Nauset Disposal a letter requesting the information that we need. They're going to have more trucks that will need inspection. That is information that BOH needs to have. GH: No motion needed,this is something we can do internally. 7:13 pm Waste Management of MA Mr. Harrington informed the board that Waste Management of MA has been resolved. APPOINTMENTS: Hotel/Motel/Campground/Trailer Park 7:10 pm John Pond Village Mr. Harrington informed the board that John Pond Village has been resolved. APPOINTMENTS:Septage Hauler 7:16 pm J.M. Barros Septic Service Mr. Harrington informed the board that they did not take any action. There being no further comments or discussion Kripani Patel motioned to impose fines of$50 per day up to a maximum of$500 to J.M. Barros Septic Service beginning February 3, 2022 and until compliance is met for operating without a valid septic hauler permit. Ernest Virgilio seconded. Roll Call Vote: Brian Baumgaertel (yes), Ernest Virgilio (yes), Kripani Patel (yes). VOTE: Unanimous (3-0) Mr.Virgilio stated that he will be recusing myself from this session. I see no need to return after the executive session. There being no further comments or discussion Kripani Patel motioned to adjourn public session, go into executive session and not to return to public session. Ernest Virgilio seconded.
