Ludwig under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, non-conforming <br /> single-family dwelling and replace it with a new single- family dwelling on property located in an <br /> R-3 Zoning District,at 18 Strawberry Lane,Map 112 Parcel 101,Mashpee,MA with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. The Board accepted Attorney Kirrane's request <br /> for a withdrawal under §174-17 and M.G.L. Section 6 from the original advertisement <br /> and application. <br /> 1.
