Bain under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws and M.G.L. c. 40A Section 6 to raze a pre- <br /> existing, non-conforming single-family dwelling and replace it with a new single-family dwelling <br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, at 7 Pine Avenue, Map 123 Parcel 30, Mashpee, <br /> MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.The Board accepted Attorney Kirrane's request <br /> for a withdrawal under §174-17 and M.G.L.
