In connection with the construction and use of a <br /> previously-approved and fully permitted boat dock, the Applicant submits the enclosed Petition <br /> for a Variance requesting relief from the requirements of Section 174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws <br /> of the To of Mashpee 2022, which requires that any structure be set back at least fifty (50') <br /> feet from any water or wetland. The Applicant seeks to construct a stairway to their dock, which <br /> stairway would be located within the fifty (50') foot setback. Applicant submits the enclosed <br /> Petition for a Variance and respectfully requests that the Zoning Board of Appeals grant the <br /> requested Variance from the requirements of Section 174-33. <br /> Enclosed are: <br /> 1. Worksheet Signed by GIS/E911 Coordinator and the Tax Collector-, <br /> 2. Petition for a Variance (two copies, stamped by the Town Clerk); <br /> 3. Check for filing fee of$125.00; <br /> 4. Site Plans (three copy sets) prepared by Cape & Islands Engineering entitled"Site <br /> Plan and Pier Design Plan, 4 Mute Swan Circle, Mashpee, Massachusetts" dated <br /> October 10, 2019; and <br /> 5. Copy of the current Deed for the Property, evidencing the Applicant's ownership. <br /> Please let me know when this Petition has been. scheduled for an upcoming Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals hearing.
