Andrews, Chairman <br />John Bartos, Vice Chairman <br />Gregg Fraser, Clerk <br />Also Present: <br />Joseph Gibbons, MAA <br />Director of Assessing <br />• Call to order: Chairman Andrews called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />• Public comments — no public comment. <br />• Approval of Minutes: <br />Gregg Fraser motioned to approve the Minutes of Wednesday <br />September 20, 2023. <br />John Bartos seconded the motion. <br />VOTE: Yes — 3 <br />Roll Call Vote: John Bartos, yes; Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br />Gregg Fraser motioned to approve the Executive Session Minutes of Wednesday <br />September 20, 2023 (not released) <br />John Bartos seconded the motion. <br />VOTE: Yes — 3 <br />Roll Call Vote: John Bartos, yes; Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br />• Old Business: <br />• Residential Exemption FY24 Update <br />2476 approved Residential Exemption applications. <br />RE: November 6 Classification Hearing: Board motion: I move that the Town of Mashpee <br />adopt a factor of 1" for all Classes of Property with NO discount for Open Space, No Small <br />commercial Exemption and a Residential Exemption of no higher than 15% <br />Gregg Fraser motioned to approve the motion <br />John Bartos seconded the motion. <br />VOTE: Yes — 3 <br />Roll Call Vote: John Bartos, yes; Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br />Email: Assessing@mashpeema.gov I Telephone: 508.539,1404 1 Fax: 508.539.1145 <br />
