Unanimous. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />LIAISON REPORTS <br />Community Preservation Committee: The CPC interviewed (3) candidates for the (2) At Large vacancies at <br />their December 14, 2023 meeting. The candidates were well -qualified. It is the recommendation of the CPC to <br />support the Select Board, the appointing authority for this position. It was suggested that a standardized list of <br />questions be presented to the applicants for the purpose of consistency. <br />Intermunicipal Agreement: The Tri-party Intermunicipal Agreement between the Towns of Mashpee, <br />Sandwich and Falmouth is underway. The Town Manager's are currently working with their respective Town <br />Counsel's on the matter of shared watersheds. The MassDEP has extended the date from requiring the <br />incorporation of the Best Available Nitrogen Reducing Technology (BANRT) in septic systems serving new <br />construction in designated Natural Resource Nitrogen Sensitive Areas to July 8, 2024. <br />Open S wacg and Recreation_ Plan: An application has been submitted to the Community Preservation <br />Committee to fund the update of the Town's Open Space and Recreation Plan. Andrew McManus, <br />Conservation Agent is the fiscal administrator for this project. Additional letters of support have been received <br />from the Environmental Oversight Committee, the Department of Natural Resources, the Town <br />Planner/Community Development Director and Conservation Committee. Updating the Local Comprehensive <br />Plan will allow the Town to leverage state funding. <br />
