Finance Committee <br />Minutes <br />December 14, 2023 <br /> <br /> <br />Town Meeting. 300 additional devices were rented at $10/ea. Along with 3 additional Poll Pads to assist in <br />facilitating Voters to enter into the meeting quicker at $600/ea. Deb stated that moving forward the Town of <br />Mashpee will be collaborating with the Town of Sandwich in sharing the devices. <br /> <br />2. Town Manager Updates. <br />None at this Time. <br /> <br />3. Discuss Department Head Budget Meetings. <br />The Committee discussed the Department Head meetings that they have attended thus far. <br />Chair Pettengill reminded the Committee of the meetings that will be taking place next week and he also <br />reminded them that there can be no more than 3 Committee Members in attendance at any of the meetings. <br /> <br />4. Discuss and Approve Finance Committee Meeting Schedule for January to June 2024. <br />Chair Pettengill distributed the proposed meeting schedule to the Committee Members. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Darlene Furbush to approve the Finance Committee Meeting Schedule through June <br />2024. <br />Motion seconded by Greg McKelvey. <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />Chair Pettengill informed the Committee that starting in January all of the meeting will be in the Waquoit <br />Meeting room and will be televised. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br />Greg McKelvey gave an update on the Charter Review Committee meeting.
