w <br /> a <br /> MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Wednesday, September 24, 1980 <br /> At 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 1980, the Board of <br /> Appeals met with the Planning Board at the Yashpee Town Hall. Board ' <br /> members present and acting throughout were: Robert J. Houle, Chairman, <br /> Michael hlakunas, Peter Pause. Planning Board members were: Earl Marsters, <br /> Chairman, Richard Terry, Donald Blakeman, Harold Collins. <br /> The meeting between the Boards was scheduled to discuss <br /> proceedural matters regarding petitions for multi-family dwellings. <br /> The following was agreed upon by the Planning Board and the <br /> Board of Appeals: <br /> 1) The following would be added to the Rules and Regulations <br /> for filing an application with the Board of Appeals: <br /> a) 5) d - drainage and utilities .shown <br /> b) 9) Multi-family developments should Note - <br /> Seetion 9.374 of the P1a.shpee Zoning Bylaws <br /> 2) Proceedure between Board of Appeals and Planning Board <br /> a) Any application submitted to the Board of Appeals <br /> will be referred to the Planning Board <br /> b) The Planning Board will meet with the Petitioner <br /> 1) informally discuss the proposal <br /> 2) request necessary plans and documents <br /> c) After the developer has worked with the Planning <br /> Board, a writted report will be submitted to the <br /> Hoard of appeals with recommendations and require- <br /> ments to meet with the approval of the Planning <br /> Board, within sixty days. <br /> d) The applicant will then apply to the Board of <br /> Appeals, the hearinE will be scheduled, and the <br /> time requirement for the decision will be started. <br />
