Minutes - September 24, 1980 Page 3 <br /> 1) Roads <br /> 2) Utility Upkeep <br /> 3) Association <br /> 4) Security <br /> d) TTaxevs <br /> e) reasonable commitment of the total cost of <br /> the project <br /> f) The Board would keep in mind that possible conditions <br /> to the granting of the Permit could and would be <br /> stipulated in the decision, pertaining to the above <br /> mentioned requirements of the Petitioner. <br /> 4) The standard check list would be used by both Boards to <br /> establish that all requirements, set forth by the Boards <br /> to file the Petition, have been met before proceeding. <br /> 5) The Boards would request input from all Town Agencies <br /> and possibly an architect: <br /> a) Board of Selectmen <br /> b) Board of Health <br /> c) Highway Department <br /> d) Conservation Commission <br /> e) Police Department <br /> f) Fire Department <br /> g) Building Inspector <br /> The Boards agreed to adopt the following rules: <br /> a) All outstanding Special Permits will expire <br /> one year from the date of the annual Town Meeting or passing of the By-law - UR two years from the <br /> granting of the Permit - date filed with the Town <br /> Clerk of Mashpee, for the project to begin. <br /> b Any substantial change requested on a Special <br /> Permit - will require the Petitioner to file <br /> a new application., and a hearing will be scheduled. <br />
