Maintained the Town website COVID-19 page <br /> As a reminder, effective April 18, 2022, face coverings are no longer required on public <br /> transportation or inside/outside of transportation hubs. <br /> The following individuals are eligible for a 2nd booster: <br /> • Anyone age 50 and older may get a 2nd booster at least 4 months after their 1st booster <br /> • Anyone age 12 and older with certain medical conditions may get a 2nd booster at least <br /> 4 months after their 1st booster <br /> • Anyone age 18-49 years with certain medical conditions, and who received Janssen/J&J <br /> COVID-19 Vaccine as both their primary series dose and their booster dose, at least 4 <br /> months after the first Janssen booster dose <br /> As of this meeting, Mashpee has 15 confirmed cases in isolation. The School District had 29 cases <br /> as of May 2nd. <br /> As of April 23ra,the 14 day incident rate in Mashpee was 25.3; and the 14-day percent of positivity <br /> was 5.23%. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes <br /> No Meeting minutes to review. <br /> 2. Review and Approval of Expense Warrants <br /> Expense warrants were reviewed and approved by Brian Baumgaertel,Ernest Virgilio,and Kripani <br /> Patel. <br /> 3. Review of application for new Food Establishment Permit- 14 Central Square <br /> A new ice cream establishment is being proposed for this location. The application, <br /> worker's comp affidavit, grease trap maintenance contract, menu, floorplan, equipment <br /> specifications, allergen awareness, serve-safe and choke saver certificates have all been <br /> submitted with no issues or concerns encountered. A building permit has issued based <br /> upon the plans submitted. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Kripani Patel motioned to approve the <br /> new food establishment permit for Whistle Stop Ice Cream,at 14 Central Square,with the <br /> condition that a passing pre-operating inspection be conducted by a Health Agent prior <br /> to issuance of the permit. Ernest Virgilio seconded. Roll Call Vote: Ernest Virgilio (yes), <br /> Kripani Patel (yes), Brian Baumgaertel (yes) VOTE: Unanimous (3-0) <br /> 4.
