The <br />Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES — November 15, 2023 <br />There were no comments regarding the meeting minutes for November 15, 2023. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Richardson made a motion to approve the meeting minutes as presented. Seconded <br />by Mr. Balzarini. All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Lynne Barbee- She is Chair of the Human Services Committee and she wanted to comment <br />on the Housing Production Plan. She would like to be available and included in one of those <br />stakeholder meetings. It's a very important document. With December 18t" as a deadline, does <br />that give enough time for feedback? <br />Mr. Lehrer replied that stakeholder meetings are afforded to regulatory boards as well as the <br />development community, to determine whether our proposed strategies are feasible.
