The <br />Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES — September 06, 2023 <br />There were no comments regarding the meeting minutes for September 06, 2023. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the meeting minutes for September 06, 2023 as <br />written. Seconded by Ms. Waygan. All in favor. Mr. Richardson abstained. <br />APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED (ANR) <br />Applicant: Southworth Mashpee Properties <br />Location: 275 Quinaquisset Avenue, Mashpee, MA <br />Assessor's Map 69, Parcels 32 and 169 <br />Request: Purpose of the ANR is to divide the 275 Quinaquisset into three ANR lots. <br />Lot 2 has an existing single-family dwelling which is proposed to be <br />demolished. <br />
