MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 24, 2024 <br /> Mr. Dibb mentioned that his firm will be hiring an Attorney for their future projects to dispute the <br /> opinion of the Town's Attorney. <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated that Town Counsel represents all the Boards and Conservation is following his <br /> decisions. The Zoning Board is only following the bylaws of their purview. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, so moved. Mr. Furbush, <br /> second. All were in favor.. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Mr. Reidy asked if the DEP and MEPA information should be included in the motion. Mr. Bonvie <br /> said; no because the Zoning Board does not follow Town Bylaws. <br /> Mr. Goldstein asked if the deck in the V-zone that was mentioned by Mr. Morris should be a <br /> condition in the motion.
