Concerns about where the responsibility of recording the meeting <br /> would fall. To fully commit to upgrading to recording all meetings would be a tremendous <br /> expense. Not every committee/board has a secretary. <br /> Kathy Lewis suggested adding to the survey "would you participate in meetings virtually". <br /> Mary Waygan said the question should read "should all town public meetings be recorded?" <br /> John Miller suggested "should all town board and committee meetings be recorded and made <br /> available for public viewing". <br /> John Miller discussed the format and a domain name to create a google document or using survey <br /> monkey. He will discuss this further with the Town Manager. <br /> The Committee agreed with sticking with survey monkey. <br /> Article 4 <br /> Carol Sherman agreed with changing the make up of the screening committee and that the <br /> Assistant Town Manager is not mention in the charter. The group had previously talked about <br /> adding the Assistant Town Manager and referred to the comment to consider addressing the <br />
