Mrs Clapprood asked about the <br /> deck configuration and the homeowner provided details. Mr. Cook asked about number of <br /> posts. Mr. Cook asked why this filing wasn't a NOI given the proximity to the 50' setback. <br /> Agent provided clarification. Mrs Zollo asked about any prior mitigation requirements for <br /> existing home and agent said mitigation wasn't required when it was approved-no <br /> rationale provided from that permit which was issued in 1999. Agent stated that a vista <br /> pruning plan in accordance with current standards must be provided prior to construction of <br /> deck extension should this be approved.
