Landers-Cauley, <br /> P.E.(continued from 10/27/22 & 11/10/22) Steven Cook recused himself as the Owners were clients <br /> of his. Jack Landers representing presented project details. The representative provided details into <br /> how the project would affect the house's footprint with a change of 700 sq ft. Paul Colombo asked if <br /> this project would require ZBA approval; additional conversation ensued. Marjorie Clapprood asked <br /> about the Board of Health's comment on the upgraded septic system. Additional conversation <br /> ensued. Agent McManus commented on his recommendation to add a condition on planting and <br /> maintaining mitigation plantings. The representative then asked for a continuance so they had time <br /> to make mitigation plans and get architectural plans to display there is no increase in bedrooms.
