Motion seconded: Brian Weeden <br /> Discussion: Paul Colombo asked the reason for the denial motion. Alex Zollo felt as if the <br /> applicant was wasting their time by not having sufficient information. Marjorie Clapprood stated <br /> she felt that the application was incomplete and got negative feedback from project abutters. <br /> Brian Weeden stated that the reason for denial should be because of the continuances not the <br /> abutters or anything else to make clear that it is not personal. Drew McManus recommended that <br /> a new motion be made to deny without prejudice. Devito clarified the area of the <br /> expansion and area of the current deck. Steven Cook questioned the site plan and how it <br /> didn't match the shape of the building and asked about buffer zones and flood zones and <br /> retaining walls. Additional conversation ensued.
