Mr. Colombo then had a question about a cedar tree in the access <br /> pathway to the dock and conversation ensued about vegetation and placement of the pier. The <br /> applicant agreed to move the pier over to avoid removing the cedar tree. Additional discussion <br /> ensued. Steven Cook then asked about restoration of the marsh if any damage occurs.
