Expense Warrants – The expense warrants were approved (Massachusetts Health <br />Officer Association Memberships & Quarterly VNA payment <br /> <br />2. Review and Approval of Minutes. 6/20/2023 <br />Mr. Raposa made a motion to accept the minutes as presented which was seconded by <br />Mr. Virgilio Roll Call Vote: Ed Raposa (Yes), Ernest Virgilio (Yes) 2 – 0 Unanimous. <br /> <br />3. Review of Request of Title 5 Variance – 16 Bosuns Lane, New Seabury <br />\[John Graci, a Licensed Inspector, discovered a new stormwater drain and catch basin <br />was installed within the 25-foot minimum setback distance of 25 feet (Installed in 2022 <br />without proper permitting). The Catch basin is roughly within 10 feet from the leaching <br />field’s end.\] <br /> <br />The applicant is seeking a variance after-the-fact. The applicant indicated that the catch <br />basin deals with water overflow quite well. After noting that the land is private, Mr. <br />Virgilio asked that Mr. Seabury make a recommendation. Mr. Seabury made the <br />recommendation to approve variance request to reduce the required 25-foot minimum <br /> <br />
