Corrections made. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the February 21, 2024 meeting minutes as <br />amended. Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Vote to set public hearing date for a Special Permit application submitted by Joao <br />Junqueira for approval to construct a 4,752 sq. ft. commercial building for retail sales of <br />
