Town of Mashpee <br /> m 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 13,2024 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at <br /> 6:00 p.m.in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Chairman, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon Sangeleer, William Blaisdell, Jonathan Furbush, Scott <br /> Goldstein, and Associate Members, Charles Reidy, and Robert Caggiano. Also present was <br /> Building Commissioner, David Morris. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 18 Neshobe Road: Owner, Illy I. Ilin requests a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to allow for a 360 sq. ft. addition to a pre-existing, nonconforming structure on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 125,Parcel 105,Mashpee,MA. (Continued from February <br /> 14, 2024 hearings at the request of the applicant). <br /> Mr. Ilin represented himself for the proposed addition stating at the previous meeting the Board <br /> requested clarification from the Conservation Commission. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the comments submitted by the Conservation Agent into the record. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the comments submitted by the Board of Health into the Record. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the comments submitted by the Town Planner into the record. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for comments from the Board or audience. There were no comments <br /> from the Building Commissioner. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Reidy, so moved. Ms. Sangeleer <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owner, Illy I. Ilin under <br /> §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a 360 sq. ft. addition to a pre-existing,nonconforming <br /> structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 125,Parcel 105,Mashpee,MA with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1 <br />
