Unanimous. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Wyman-Colombo,yes Opposed, none <br /> A requirement of the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) due for submission on March 23, 2024 is <br /> to authorize a contingency that would enable the Select Board through its Town Manager to have the authority <br /> to grant funds as an alternative to the CDBG funds if the grant funds are not readily available for use. <br /> A component of the CDBG grant requests funding for housing rehabilitation including connection to sewer <br /> lines for eligible residents. A contingency would reserve funds for essential situations. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to authorize the Town Manager to administer funds under a <br /> contingency to be established under the CDBG grant application. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: 4-0. Tickets are available until Wednesday for the event planned to <br /> begin at 5:30 p.m. <br /> TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br /> Bois_& Girls Club: Information received from State Representative David Vieira indicate the Town is <br /> authorized to continue the lease of land to the Boys & Girls Club of Cape Cod. <br />
