Weeden <br /> Meeting Called tow,Order Order by Chairman Cotton at 6:33 p.m. <br /> I.............. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday.Marchl 12024,&gW@,r 5_qssLon.: The minutes were deferred to the next meeting. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Hearim,: 2024 Seasonal Alcoholic Bever4jgs and Entertainment License Renewals: <br /> .Entertainment <br /> Discussion and oval of the 2024 Seasonal Alcoholic BeveLa ges and Entertainment License Renewals: <br /> The Select Board acting as the Local Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the Public Hearing <br /> on the 2024 Seasonal Alcoholic Beverages and Entertainment License renewals for the year 2024. In <br /> accordance with posting procedures the hearing notice was read aloud into the record. <br /> All license holders have filed renewal applications and submitted proof of workers' compensation insurance as <br /> well as proof of liquor liability insurance as required. The license holders as listed have passed building/fire <br /> inspections, and health inspections. There are no reported violations. All licensed establishments are current on <br /> their property taxes. <br /> Being no comment,the Select Board took the following action; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman-Colombo. <br /> VOTE: 4-0. Unanimous. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Wyman-Colombo,yes Opposed,none <br />
