MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 27, 2024 <br /> Mr. Morris stated for the record that the noted garage on the plan does not need to be reviewed <br /> by this Board. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Reidy, so moved. Ms. <br /> Sangeleer seconded. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owner,Paul Aries under§174- <br /> 17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 12.4 ft. x 12 ft. three season sunroom, and <br /> a front porch extension to a pre-existing, non-conforming structure on property located in an R-5 <br /> Zoning District, Map 27, Parcel 76, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
