MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION TO <br /> WRITTEN FINDING(FINDING-2021-29)AND (MOD-2022-49) <br /> Owners, Hans E. Brings and Sarah J. Brings <br /> 23 Jeep Place(Map 118 Parcel 111) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2023-39 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Modification. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals voted four in favor and one opposed (4-1) to issue a Modification to <br /> Owners, Hans E. and Sarah J. Brings to the existing Special Permits (FINDING-2021-29 and <br /> MODIFICATION-2022-49), under §174-24 (C) (9) (a) of the Zoning Bylaws to eliminate <br /> condition line Item 5, and line Item 7 and allow the upstairs room to be finished and heated on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map at 23 Jeep <br /> Place, 118 Parcel 111,Mashpee,MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Conditioned on the Board of Health comments, "Finished storage cannot be used for <br /> Human Habitation (sleeping) no plumbing can be added. To remain 4 bedroom". <br /> 2. Conditioned on all other Town Department comments read into the record including but <br /> not limited to the Board of Health comments on said property. <br /> 3. The Board voted four to one in favor(4-1)to remove Line Item 5 and Line Item 7 from the <br /> original case numbers; FINDING-2021-29, and MOD-2022-49. <br /> 3 <br />
