<br /> of Mashpee. Any Appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts
<br /> General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing.
<br /> This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable County
<br /> P"'a"M3 Registry of Deeds. A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk the next
<br /> business dam after the expiration of the 20-day Appeal period, which extends through

<br /> lapse three years after,date of grant unless a shorter period of time is specified in the
<br /> Decision. If the rights authorized by a Variance are not exercised within one year of
