<br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS
<br /> In view of the foregoing,the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special Permit.
<br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, November 8, 2023
<br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special Permit to Owner, Chapter
<br /> Closed LLC, Petitioner Pastore Excavation Inc, under §174-25; §174-25 (G) (14); §174-24 (C)
<br /> (2); §174-45.6; §174-37, and §174-41 (M)of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of 9,672
<br /> sq. ft. contractor bay warehouse metal building on property located in the I-1 and Light Industrial
<br /> Overlay District, at 50 Evergreen Circle, Map 19, Parcel 10-5, Mashpee, MA with the following
<br /> conditions:
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit
<br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
