The reconstruction of the garage will provide sufficient parking as required. <br /> 7. Installation of gutters, downspouts, and drywells on the new garage and porch to <br /> capture any water runoff. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Written Finding. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 10, 2023 <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Written Finding to Owners, Gary J. <br /> and Denise M. Nagle, under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for reconstruction of an <br /> existing garage, and porch addition to a pre-existing,nonconforming structure on property located <br /> in an R-5 Zoning District, at 31 Birch Way, Map 27, Parcel 86, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. At a minimum, I request that any approval be conditioned <br /> upon installation of gutters, downspouts, and drywells on the new garage and porch <br /> to address the roof runoff" <br /> 6.
