Defendant Town of Mashpee is a municipality chartered and organized under the <br /> laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with a usual place of business at Town Hall, 16 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. <br /> 7. Defendants Paul J. Thurston and Kathryn M. Thurston, husband and wife (the <br /> "Thurstons"), own the single-family residence at 25 Menemsha Road, Mashpee, Barnstable <br /> County, Massachusetts. The Thurstons are believed to reside at 9 Deans Hollow Road,Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. For the Thurstons' title to 25 Menemsha Road, Mashpee see Barnstable Registry <br /> District of the Land Court Certificate of Title No. 218571. The Decision(Exhibit A hereto) <br /> granted a special permit for the Thurstons' property at 25 Menemsha Road, Mashpee. <br /> 8. Defendants Paul-S. Bullock and Ruth Gonzalez Vega, believed to be husband and <br /> wife, own the single-family residence at 21 Menemsha Road, Mashpee, Barnstable County, <br /> Massachusetts. For their title to such property see Barnstable Registry District of the Land Court <br /> Certificate of Title No. 214492. Paul S.
