Present at this meeting were the following Board members; Acting Chair, Sharon Sangeleer, Board Members,Jonathan D. Furbush,William A. Blaisdell,Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, and Charlie Reidy. Acting Chair, Sharon Sangeleer announced that Chairman, Ron Bonvie is attending via zoom and is available for PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CONTINUED HEARINGS 17 Monomoscoy Road West: Owners, Biria St. John Trust, Biria D. St. John and Elaina C. St. John, Trustees request a Special Permit under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family dwelling and detached garage, and replace it with a new single-family dwelling with attached garage on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 114, Parcel 20, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from March 27, 2024 hearings at the request of the Board and Attorney). Sitting on this hearing are Acting Chair, Ms. Sangeleer, Mr. Furbush, Mr. Blaisdell, Mr. Ganzenmuller, and Mr. Reidy. Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the Owners, Biria St. John Trust, Biria D. St. John and Elaina C. St. John, Trustees. He submitted a letter of withdrawal without prejudice for this project as it did not get approved by the Conservation Commission. Mr. Reidy read a letter dated April 8, 2024 into the record from Attorney Kirrane requesting a withdrawal without prejudice. Mr. Reidy moved that the Board accept the request of the applicant and counsel to withdraw their request for a Special Permit without prejudice. Mr. Blaisdell second. All were in favor to accept the withdrawal of the Special Permit for 17 Monomoscoy Road West. 1
