Present at <br /> this meeting were the following Board members; Acting Chair, Sharon Sangeleer, Board <br /> Members,Jonathan D. Furbush,William A. Blaisdell,Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, <br /> and Charlie Reidy. <br /> Acting Chair, Sharon Sangeleer announced that Chairman, Ron Bonvie is attending via zoom and <br /> is available for <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 17 Monomoscoy Road West: Owners, Biria St. John Trust, Biria D. St. John and Elaina C. St. <br /> John, Trustees request a Special Permit under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace <br /> a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family dwelling and detached garage, and replace it with a <br /> new single-family dwelling with attached garage on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, <br /> Map 114, Parcel 20, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from March 27, 2024 hearings at the request of <br /> the Board and Attorney). <br /> Sitting on this hearing are Acting Chair, Ms. Sangeleer, Mr. Furbush, Mr. Blaisdell, Mr. <br /> Ganzenmuller, and Mr. Reidy. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the Owners, Biria St. John Trust, Biria D. St. John and <br /> Elaina C. St. John, Trustees. He submitted a letter of withdrawal without prejudice for this project <br /> as it did not get approved by the Conservation Commission. <br /> Mr. Reidy read a letter dated April 8, 2024 into the record from Attorney Kirrane requesting a <br /> withdrawal without prejudice. <br /> Mr. Reidy moved that the Board accept the request of the applicant and counsel to withdraw their <br /> request for a Special Permit without prejudice. Mr. Blaisdell second. All were in favor to accept <br /> the withdrawal of the Special Permit for 17 Monomoscoy Road West. <br /> 1 <br />
